The Weavers start trying to kill Grand Mother Silk but the fact the Weaver corpses call Pharloom haunted while First Sinner calls it accursed implies she had no knowledge of what was happening outside of her prison.

If you slow down, it's actually a pretty forgiving area because the ambushers basically announce when they're about to attack, the traps and hidden rooms become easier to spot, and the little flying bugs endlessly respawn for infinite heals even if you fall in the water.

>>736780130Shaman is fun if you just abuse charged slashes and play medium ranged. Problem is it takes 10,000 years to kill anything but you're very safe while doing it.
>>736780130Equip Weavelight so you always regen up to 4 pips and can use any spell, and Volt Filament to boost your damage. Then pick spells that fit various scenarios. I like to use Silk Spear, Pale Nails, and Cross Stitch. Silk Spear deals ranged piercing damage, great for groups or when you don't want to get close, as well as flying fucks that like to play keepaway. Cross Stitch defends against very aggressive enemies and bosses. Pale Nails is mindless. Just get enough silk, jump in the air, and cast it. I use it when enemies are VERY elusive or I don't even want to remotely get in range at all.
