Justify this for me
>>736838092You will never have sex, you will never have children, your lineage dies with you so might as well spend all your money on this
>>736838092It's 100% worth the money. It got me from 4dan all the way up to 9dan in about a year in a half. I had to replace a switch about two weeks ago, but all the others are holding strong and I've been playing constantly ever since I got it. I would absolutely not settle for anything less.
>>736838092Also make sure you pair your shiny new controller with some good 'ol pirated datahttps://data.givedatato.me/Bemani/IIDX/AIO/33%20SPARKLE%20SHOWER/https://re-two-torial.xyz/games/konami/iidx/33_sparkleshower/setup/
>>736838326Is this the same as the one on nyaa or better?
>>736838345I'm not sure what nyaa has but that's the most recent publicly leaked date code. There's probably more recent updates on sows, but I don't have access because I'm not a tranny or a pedophile.
What is this?I dont know your situation but $450 is not much for something you'll spend lots of time enjoying. What is that? $40 a month for a year? Will you use it for a year? Or longer? So cheap.
>>736838384Actually, I'm mistaken. That AIO is for datecode LDJ-2025091700. The most recent leaked date code is LDJ-2026011300 and can be found here. https://data.givedatato.me/Bemani/IIDX/Updates/Refer to the two-torial link for info on how to update your game.>>736838443This controller will last at least a year and a half without any replacement of parts, and perhaps much longer depending on frequency of play.
>>736838443It's a controller for the games "beatmania" and "beatmania IIDX"It's an arcade rhythm game series made by Konami, the first of its kind actuallyYou press 7 buttons and scratch a turntable to the rhythm and visual cues, and each note produces a unique sound to give the illusion of actually playing the song
>>736838092You can literally just sell it for $500 if you stop playing
>>736838170this is what i tell myself whenever i'm considering any purchase
Ordered. I can always resell it...I'm gonna be a NEET in a few weeks but I have a lot of money saved up (and my friend set me up with extremely cheap rent) so this was my last retarded impulse purchase before I start being slightly more careful with money
>>736838092you can pretend to be the DJ from linkin park
>>736838092How good are these compared to the old one that was sold with the US version of IIDX many years ago?
>>736838092just make a foldable con yourself
>>736842123If you mean the old Konami official controller, it's way better than thatThat had membrane buttons, this has arcade buttons and a full-size turntable
>>736838326This is what happens when I start the data, any ideas? What I did:>Download data>Download update>Extract data>Extract update>Paste update data into game folder, overwriting when asked>Went to the tutorial>Said I needed to paste the new datecode into ea3-config.xml in the <ext __type="str" line, did that>Said I needed modules for AMD graphics cards, got those, pasted them in>Start game>These errorsSo what now
>>736844068Oh yeah I also changed one of the lines from E to D for Lightning mode (120hz)And by "Start game" I meant spice64.exe
>>736844068>>736844185Also I'm on Windows 10 IoT LTSC
>>736844068>>736844185>>736844275nvm i just had to enable basic network emulation in spicecfg
>>736838326>>736844068The game runs well but based on the monitor test it did after creating the backup data, it seems to think I'm using a 60hz monitorMy monitor is 165hz and I set it specifically to 120 in spicecfgHow do I fix that
>>736845001I noticed some some songs are fucked up like different parts overlaying on top of each other later in the song, why's that happening
>>736838326>https://data.givedatato.me/Bemani/IIDX/AIO/33%20SPARKLE%20SHOWER/>you can donate hereKONAMI WILL SUE
>>736845001Either run at 60hz or at 120hz, disable all gsyncs, reflexes, other bullshit, force the app to use application settings without any gpu overrides. Back during SPADA/TRICORO times you had to have perfect monitor-game sync without any framedrops or anomalies. If the initial Monitor Check step during boot up was unstable then also your game will desync. Generally before starting the game I close every single application and stop every service that is not system critical, make sure my monitor is 60hz with vsync enabled and then run the game.
>>736847259I have a 60hz second monitor, maybe that's fucking things up. I swear I set every relevant setting to Lightning mode though. But whatever I can deal with 60hz for now
>>736847594>I have a 60hz second monitor, maybe that's fucking things upYeah, about that. You're running a direct copy of an arcade game made for a very specific setup and hardware. Anything not matching that setup will cause issues down the line.I remember earlier games requiring you to have a radeon card on Win XP, otherwise they'd refuse to work or glitch out.
>>736839753>gonna be a NEET in a few weeksLayoffs? Or a student graduating to unemployment?
>>736847951Going back to school in the fall after a gap year but getting real tired of my managers at my current job, gonna quit before the summer starts so that's 4 months of neeting
