I played this game for the first time and is there any point to building a synergy not based around two pair hands???
It's the best balance of reward to risk.

Is there another playstyle that's both enjoyable and works without praying for multiple wheels of fortune to bail you out?

Two Pair isn't the best, but yes you are onto something. Consistancy is king, as is working with what Jokers and Planet cards you get
Straights, Royal/Straight flushes, Five of a Kind, Four of a Kind are varying degrees of hard to pull but are your oneshot builds so you only need to get them once and with some deck fixing you can kinda usually get at least one per round
High Card, Pairs, Two Pairs, Flushes are more consistant and spammable. Usually with these your planet card/hand levels give you only chips and all your mult comes from jokers

Mobile is fun.
Always-online is bullshit though.
Also the glitch of sometimes selecting a card and it doing the PC thing and not being able to be unselected is annoying.

Its not always online but it is janky and annoying how it forces a could save check every time. I know for sure you can open it in airplane mode and it'll bypass the cloud save shit
