Literally stuff your pockets with garbage if you absolutely need more weight. There is likely no reason you will ever need weights and equipment. There is always some way of making a progression more difficult to maintain that max.Don't over think it. Something as simple as moving your hands toward your hips for push-ups an inch or two is enough to keep progressing for a while.
