Arkham Origins literally had game breaking bugs on release, I'm pretty sure even after patches it still has a bug that can hard lock you from progressing forever

It IS horrifically badly designed so that you must pass all challenges in a specific order and you only have 2 chances at it before you have to hunt them in the permadeath mode.
