OoT is a game that looks perfectly FINE to this day and dont need no remake.

>>736862314NTA but I think my childhood N64 is reaching the limit. Tried to play a game and the console was resetting. I think the contact with the reset button was the issue. I got a $15 piece of hardware from Aliexpress that lets you dump the carts and save files, and backed up my OoT cart save file (1.2). I recently got a 1.0 OoT cart and actually replayed that on Ares emulator. Such a good one.

It takes like one minute to run across it on foot at the widest point, and all the young Link areas are within maybe 15 seconds of each other apart from the Kokiri to Castle Town route. Probably takes more time to walk from the Sanctuary to Kakariko in ALttP than to get anywhere on Hyrule Field.

Looks fine, but the combat is very dated. Good for it's time, rudimentary by comparison to today.
