That's because its not a game, its a space visualiser.
If you like to chill out and just take screenshots of fun space vistas its pretty nice. I think the old free version was better but I can't find it anymore. The new version doesn't produce landscapes as well as the old one did, and it was also easier to make custom planets. Or I'm too retarded to figure out the settings.

Universe Sandbox is kinda neat too though

It's still getting active updates and it has free DLC for all the planets in the solar system (plus pluto and the asteroids). Frankly it's underpriced at 30 USD, it's basically a digital telescope.
