>>736899151I often resort to making custom eyes by removing the eyelashes off the "colored iris with single eyelash", and then using the various eye line options to create the outlines of the eyes after you've determined the full pupil size. Probably the best way to make anime eyes, just gotta use a blush sticker or eye shadow option to make white sclera and pray that it doesn't stand out too much when the mii blinks (which is pretty much guaranteed when you make a black character).
