When did this crap become acceptable?
The media told me that we have finally eliminated all the shortcomings of MSAA, SSAO and screen space reflections but was it really worth it if that's the trade-off?
Also what even causes artifacts like this? Shit looks weird.

What would those be apart from it being somewhat expensive? Old games look fine with it. I read somewhere that it can't handle aliasing on sub pixel texture details but I haven't seen that ever happen to me.
