Is Rust a good game? I saw the burnt peanut streaming it for 17 hours and it looks interesting.
Its a pretty good PvP game... Skill is highly rewarded, mistakes are heavily punished. time investment is rewarded. some of the highest highs in gaming, with some of the lowest lows too though. The downside is you have to get decent at the game before it starts being really fun, you can kinda screw yourself over by avoiding PvP and trating it as a farm sim, though there is a lot more PvE content now i suppose so you could treat it as a PvE game and just beat the major monuments and move on.
No. Pay to win skins that you can't disable anymore. Second job requirement for the populated servers unless you like low pop pve. Cheaters out the ass unless you shell out another 20 bucks for skins (dlc doesn't count) to play premium servers. And a ton of dead content like dome or scrapyard that clutters the map and build spots. It's only slightly better than ark but that's a low bar to set
