It seems like you need some muscle on your arms for drawing stability. Mine used to be all noodly, but got meatier after working with a shovel. My lines also got better after getting used to working with the whole arm and not wrists/fingers.

Very useful and important for line weight. I wish there was like a plugin or addon that would allow me to use a joystick or something to adjust pressure dynamically while drawing with a mouse.
