>>
>>736903395
minecraft, I suppose.
>>
>>736903395
I guess it was ok. Never got to shitty second half of it anyway as a kid
>>
Hell I don't know, might have been Super Mario Brothers, Duck Hunt, Track & Field or Circus Charlie, those are the only games my father played and all I remember is playing those on rotation when I was young.
>>
Either Pitfall or River Raid. Was it fun? I don't remember, it was a long time ago, but it probably was.

Mean 18. I remember enjoying it but oddly the part I always remembered most specifically was being able to choose a color for your name/initials. I'd stare at the pixels and huff the deliciously metallic dust scented exhaust fan of the case.

snake in one of those 100 in one generic handhelds

>>736903395
ghosts n goblins on the game boy color. was it fun? no, it was interesting. the colorful tiny little dots on the screen moving around based on what buttons i pressed. the little tiny pixel guy jumping around. it was like magic

First one I remember well and enjoying was Commando for the C64. I remember playing pong, snake and pitfall on the 2600 too… they were ok.
>>
>>736903395

Earliest gaming memory was the first Sonic game on the Sega Genesis.

If you ever replay it, be sure to pay attention to the tutorials. I skipped through them and went the through nearly the whole game without upgrading the weapons.

Red alert 2 on our home Pentium 3 computer when I was 3 years old. I didn't know how to play it, so I played skirmish against easy bots, built tons of static defense and then amassed apocalypses/prisms/kirovs/carriers/etc and attack moved
>>
>>736903395
I got Age of Empires out of a cereal box. Damn right it was fun.

My first memory of playing a video game was sitting in an arcade and playing pic.
Not my favorite game ever, but it's got a special place in my heart and I like to quickly run through the game again every once in a while.
>>
I this it was Duck Hunt

Terrible Nintendo trash
>>
I think it was Yoshi's Island, or something else on the SNES.
>>
neverhood with my dad, who consoled me and took control every time I started crying out of fear lmao
>>
>>736903395
Mario 64. I didn't even know what a Nintendo 64 was, but woke up one morning and my dad had it in the TV cabinet for us. Which is weird, because he's never once tried to play a game with me even though he got me into them without requesting

MSpaint. Pinball got boring after a while and I was a little brainlet fuck for minesweeper and solitaire.
I spent hundreds of hours drawing my own adventures with unique characters and gigantic sprawling maps.
It was a pain in the ass to color because I realized much later that saving in jpg causes these garbage compression artifacts.
Later I got Prince of Persia - The Sands of Time and Harry Potter 2. I was like yoooo. I still consider them some of the objectively best adventure games.
>>
Probably not the first, but I remember playing an edutainment game that was about the ocean and it included some sort of underwater maze/labyrinth which included a scary shark if you went the wrong way. It was fun to me, but I had no frame of reference

>years later in high school run into someone I haven't seen since elementary at a party
>"oh man you were great at zoombinis"
I still don't know what to make of that 15 years later
