What's the best place to watch the beta test tomorrow?Any insights on what nexon plans to do with the release schedule? Will they launch with pirates? What about monster carnie? If not, do they have any plans to roll it out in the future? Or will they actually make original content, like they did with osrsI have no idea how pozzed nexon is since I haven't played any of their games since like 2013, but if it'll become anything like what I've seen the state of numaplestory to be then I think I'll just opt out entirely and stick with private servers

Check out my suggestion lads:I think exp rates and quality of item drops should be adjusted relative to the strength of the monster or the difficulty of the map.Something I never liked about the old days was how the most popular maps to grind on were usually "world tour" maps. Mysterious Path 3, Haunted House Vanity Room, Entrance to the Spooky World, Encounter with the Buddha, etc. All of these maps were flat, easy to navigate, had high spawn rate, mostly easy to survive, and had inflated exp rates. As a result, most of the playerbase competed heavily for these maps, which rendered a large portion of the world obsolete.In my opinion, maps like Ludibrium: Forgotten Path of Time <1> and Warped Path of Time <1> should give more rewarding exp than Mysterious Path 3. Soul Teddies and Buffies are more dangerous enemies than Slimys and Selkie Jr, have greater range with their magic attack, and more importantly, their maps are much more challenging to navigate.I think that should be the general philosophy behind the allocation of exp rewards. Challenging maps like the Ludibrium Clock Tower, Drake's Meal Table, The Cave of Trial III should yield the best rewards, while flatter, easier maps should be less rewarding.Of course, if Crimsonwood Keep is in Classic, that should retain it's inflated exp. The Path of Peril was the hardest map in the game to grind on, and should also be the most rewarding.

This early on with the launch most likely only having 1st and 2nd job however, makes this a bit different as some received their game changing buffs later in 3rd job or 4th job and depending how they change the game this could also be played out differently.Cleric however I do believe will retain that feeling of having useful buffs and later down the line in the future receiving stuff like door that lets you use it to go back to town real quick and then come back to the spot you were in and potentially ressurection which can be really valuable in bosses. Healing might or not play a role atleast early on in bosses where it does actually help save up a ton of potions, but I'm not sure if they want to make clerics just hold down heal at bosses for an hour and do nothing else.They seem to be making big enough changes to want shift up how the game played and not go back to the same old.All in all I think Cleric is a safe choice if you want a more support type of a character and I don't think they'll shift too much away from keeping that role in the future aswell.
