The Blood Elves have been a part of the Horde for over a decade ingame time, yet not a single Horde leader comes to try and help during an attack on Silvermoon from an world-ending threat.
They should just dismantle the whole faction system at this point since narratively the writers don't care about the Horde existing at all.

Garrosh was an okay character used to implement a system of telling faction leader storyline that is top to bottom pretty much a shit

The orcs were the least at fault for that, they were just getting lumber and then elves popped out and started killing them. The tauren should've maybe mentioned something about sacred elven forests before they split up.

They had the right idea bringing in Garrosh and Varian in Wrath. Two hothead leaders that could constantly keep the factions at odds with each other. But they fucked and gave up on Garrosh in MoP, forever dooming the plot. What should've happened is:

>In MoP, Garrosh doesn't go full retard evil, the Siege never happens, and the Thunder King is established as the main villain of MoP
>WoD doesn't happen, BfA takes its place with the war from MoP spilling over to Kul Tiras and Zandalar. No lame ass Allied Race shit, and more focus on Alliance and Horde fighting
>Legion still happens and everyone gets super fucked up at the Broken Shore, but Garrosh and Varian both survive
>Garrosh and Varian finally have to put their hatred to the side and team up with the remaining heroes to take down the Legion for good
>WoW ends with them and the players striking Sargeras and ending the Legion
