Sometimes i wish Splinter Cell was in the hands of another company. It's more insulting because they shit out shows like this on Netflix and they don't give a fuck about actually making the games. But how would it turn out considering the current direction at Ubisoft? at least in the writing department? some will say the writing of Splinter Cell was never fantastic because they dislike Tom Clancy writing and have a hard on for Kojimas very progressive anti war messaging. Yet i think if it were handled today the writing would actually have no fans if these animated series/shorts are any indication.I always felt like Fisher writing resembled sort of /Jason Borne/Jack Bauer/Sydney Bristow (alias) sort of writing rather than your typical Clancy stuff. It was espionage focused rather than an average jar head war game that it often gets accused of just because its within the same series of Ghost Recon or a Cancy inspired plot. Although i don't feel like Ubisoft can write a good modern story without pissing people off or probably inserting some kind of libtard writing.
