I didnt interact much with wheelchair girl because she never showed up in often in my playthroughs. Theres so much that you can miss, think my favorite side character design wise was the chainsaw yandere girl.

You can avoid a fight in her house with a check, but I dont believe you have to actually pass the check to progress. Afterwards, shes in the plaza.
