In the middle of playing it right now since I never beat it as a kid, always got filtered by the fish nigga who spams ice magic.Never realized how scuffed the english translation is until now, typos and weird grammar everywhere. It adds to the schizo atmosphere of the game in a way though.

I would say earthbound is "smarter" and a little less repetitive but okage has more of an actual story where things happen instead of just a vague series of memorable lines
