Look Outside had a cool concept and it got turned into another Tumblrtale. The only good things were the starting that is more survival horror and the end that is Lovecraftian horror. It would have made a good 2 hour long game.But then the entire middle section got padded with goofy Undertale shit. Unfunny jokes. Quirk chungus characters. The enemies become more goofy and disconnected from the world. Every update to the game has added to the bloat.The original release had better pacing where you just get to the end. If you look past the painter, the bus full of fingers, the landlord sections, it's not a bad game. But now the middle section is so long and so zany you completely forget what game you are supposed to be playing. It's just nonsense. The entire game gets derailed as you enter the rat level, the peepeepoopoo level, the ice level, the fire level, the flower level. It has nothing to do with anything, completely disconnected from what you should be doing. The monster designs get so tryhard and they lose all impact because there are too many of them and all of them are too goofy.
