I was playing this on my Xbone a few months back and im not like an "achievement hunter" ir whatever but I realized I had like 30% completion after finishing it on hard so I took a look because im curious and its all gay shit like "play and rate a bazillion levels in our user generated content community that we shut down" lol wtf? This game had a level maker?

I just checked it. It's a $5 DLC named Trials of St Lucia. It does count as part of your achievement % on Xbox for some reason.
