It's not Kefka Ultimate. It's a mislead.Instead, it's a Final Fantasy Ultimate. Multiple final bosses will appear. Obviously it's hard to say how wide the net will be cast but it's obvious with all of the secrecy and teases of "meta" that it's actually broader than just FFVI. I think a whole set of FF1 to FF16 would be impossible to properly put in an 18 minute right but 1 to 10 is plausible.

Kefka being in the ultimate is significant because this is the first time in XIV history that the devs have broken from a highly predictable formula. Everyone assumed it was going to be SHB or EW MSQ ult, and going by the last 9 years pf ultimate patterns they'd be right to place their bets on that.
