It is sort of funny how the free updates tend to have much better and more interesting content than the dlc simply because the dlc tends to focus on nonsense. I'm really displeased that the first dlc and major free update for EU5 is focusing on Byzantium, although some of the features like letting ideology spread will be nice. They should really be giving us something for colonialism or to flesh out Asia slightly more though. Stuff that will make the first part of the early modern period more interesting.
