Honestly kind of disappointed. I thought it was going to have a lot more modernized QoL and be pretty polished. Instead it's VERY buggy, crashing lots, balance seems very far off, and probably worst of all it's got horrendous gamebreaking balance issues (accuracy) that they just didn't see after supposedly a whole year in development.I have very little hope.

Warrior bros, how are we building our toons? I keep flipping back and forth between high STR/low DEX and low STR/high DEX and it all feels like a wash. Also what about skill investment? Obviously we need to be maxing out Precise Strikes but not sure how to invest in the rest. Seems like we're missing out on HP we'd normally have since Max HP Increase was changed and the mobs we're stuck fighting aren't enough of a threat to warrant it. Slash Blast should be our bread n butter but it's too taxing on potion count it seems. Overall really struggling to not go negative on my pots:meso ratio.

The original game gets “included” in this new higher level content, but in a cheap way. And it just comes across terrible. The old games still there but it’s not even worth looking at. And this new game is literally the same exact thing but with higher numbers and new colored armor. So yeah, basically the classic version of the game is almost always the best version. Its the most well designed from start to finish, it has the best game balance possible, there’s nothing there that wasn’t intentionally put there for a reason.

A lot of builds were done with the future in mind (aka equips and such, or 3rd job and above) and since Classic isn't very far, all you can really do is add DEX until you feel comfortable enough with your accuracy, or until you hit 40 since nothing should cost more than that DEX-wise.

Let me start by saying the good things: you can craft unique chairs, equips that cannot be purchased from stores, and equips that can be purchased from stores. Your name goes on the crafted item, which means anyone you pass it onto will take a little reminder who made it in the first place. And, most importantly, anything you can craft is cheaper than what it would cost to buy it from an npc. Getting completed metal plates and gems also do not require as many ores as they did in osms. And you can make scrolls. Expensive, but more reliable than waiting on drops.Some not so good things: not all equip slots have crafteable equipment. Not all equipment is crafteable either. And the last problem is a little hard to explain but I'll try. Materials drop from mobs, right? But if those mobs are in high demand for hunting then it becomes difficult to level up your crafting skills. And because of the accuracy problem it's harder to move onto the next tier of mob that drops the same material. I have this problem with leather and ores. In a crowded server I am struggling to find a place to get these materials without fighting with people for a platform that spawns the mob. Hopefully with more channels this becomes less of an issue.I know that's a lot of text. I hope it helps.
