Make a sequel to Sim Ant or I will blow up all video games with my big video game bombWe have the technology to have a bunch of ants all running around doing ant thingsWe could all be ants running aroundInstead we get... whatever happened here
>>737138742Sim Ant is good
>>737138924Most based opinion I've ever heard
>>737138742I agree, we need sequels to SimAnt, SimEarth, and SimPark/SimSafari.I myself want a SimPark/SimSafari sequel where you not only deal with building a park, but also deal with small town politics (as this serves as your tourist/camper hub much like the base camp did in SimSafari). You need to deal with the Town Conservatives, the Town Liberals, the Native Traditionalists, the Native Progressives, the Park Naturalists, and the Park Capitalists. None of this is direction brained, each of these factions work together in an ecosystem and while you can go far in one direction, your goal is to build a sustainable and functional town just as much as it is to build a sustainable and functional park. Plus each faction would have endgame buildings or mechanics, like some factions provide Settler Forts while others provide their counterparts the Native Archeological digs. And some factions support Pleistocene rewilding, while others support domestication of bison and such. It's political, but I want a game that shows that human society is as much of an ecosystem as the natural world.
>>737138742shut up and blow up all video games with your bomb, I want to see it.
>>737138742Played the shit out of this as a kid, but my instincts tell me a modern version would find a way to suck.
>>737138742i miss simtower and simisle
>>737138742Shouldn't it be Sim Colony? You're not just simulating a single ant...
>>737140294You do in fact control an individual ant in this game in addition to the broad scope management
>>737140294You actually controlled a single ant at a time.
>>737140387>>737140401Fine, if you want to be overly SimAntic about it
How is this?
>>737141030not sure about that one, but this one's greathttps://store.steampowered.com/app/463530/Empires_of_the_Undergrowth/
>>737138742>current state of gamingThat isn't much of a threat anon.
>there will never be an ant MMO where you follow pheromone trails with the boys
The SNES version of SimAnt was better
>>737138742Better dead than red
>>737142552>That freaky ass face your ant makes when they're low on foodPass.
