Last year, I bought myself a new controller for PS4. It lasted less than 6 months, the usual stick drift problems, you know.I sent it to a workshop, had them repair it. Worked for a while and it happened again. December, I just bought a second-hand controller instead of sending it again to the workshop. This one was good but it happened again, kek. A few days ago, I bought another second-hand controller that has recently been repaired and I am sending it back. Because it's not the official PS4 controller and I don't know if the seller has forgotten to recalibrate it (pic related)I feel scammed, hopefully I can get my money back. I've wasted almost 200 euros on this petty and trifling matter for two competitive games that I still play. I play only two games. Is it worth it? Objectively, no. And uh, it's so tiresome in all regards. Genshin Impact ceased to be playable a few days ago and I'm bummed about that, although I have not played it since 2024.I've already made the decision not to transition to PS5 a long time ago. But a PS5 is tempting. I'll become 23 years old this year. I'm still young and I've free time, but the absolute state of gaming is shit. GTA 6 does not inspire me to buy a PS5, FIFA is utter garbage and so is football just in general.Had this thought of quitting since 2024...this might be the end of the line for me, /v/
My PS2 and PS3 are collecting dust and I still have more affection for them and the games then any of PS4 games.I should mention I have only bought 5 games this entire decade for PS4. I think it speaks for itself...or what do you think?
