I would just do the Ocarina of Time Zelda but without the headdress. Also instead of playing as Link you play as a human male and can romance the various females in the game, with your ending being partially dependent on who you romance. You would also be able to romance multiple girls at once in any combination which would also change your ending. Obviously the main gameplay would just be normal Zelda game stuff, though again your choices would help decide which abilities you get and what kind of gear you can wear.
