Albeit it's an older version of TWoW, the "“Tower of Karazhan” patch. Maybe with some tinkering they can reimplement 1.18.1 assets and raids, like Balor and etc. It features Gilneas, Hyjal, the new High Elf/Goblin starting zones, Tel'abim/Gijim & Lapidis, but not Balor, Northwind or Moonwhisper Coast.
Thread has a client with a tweaked .exe you have to download too, but once you have the client and the server hosting software, it all works.
