Isn't the game a live service thing that got shut down?

I always thought it would be funny if they made a Love Live game that follows the same plot and story as the original anime, but then they add a villain who is trying to kill them throughout the course of the story. It's a town-roaming JRPG like Persona 5. This is the idea I had, but would probably be too dumb and no one would make it.
