How do I fix my attention span so I stop hopping from one game to the next without finishing them first?

practice mindfulnessset aside time for gaming, no distractions. maybe do a little chore before so it feels rewarding to play channel your inner chuddha when you see a new game think about the current game you play? why do you like it? wouldn't you like to finish it for the whole experience? mentally engage with the topics and themes, don't just press buttons
