I refund usually 4 or 5 a year, typically during summer and winter sales. Most of the time it's because the shit runs like ass or there's arbitrary ToS/T&Cs, which I will refuse to accept to play a single player game, and thus require a refund.

Since 2024 I have only refunded 2 games, Devil Spire and Dead Island 2, the latter was $4 on sale but it turns out you needed to link accounts and shit to play. Not happening.
