If you do, you're approached by shady people who offer you to participate in not-Squid Game (another unexpected reference) and there's a minigame where you have to balance across a steel beam. If you make it through before any other participant, you get your whole debt wiped and can continue the game. If you fall off, you "die", wake up in the next scene to the anime MGSV doctors and get a game over.
