I saw that as a criticism of free market fundamentalists, there's a lag between new conditions emerging and the ability of people to adapt to them and that will always be a source of attrition, even someone that is at the top of their game at a certainmoment can be sidelined by some new production method or technology, from their perspective the situation will feel unfair and they'll do anything to stop the newcomers.
