I love the circle pad. Most people see it as a weird compromise but I think it stands on its own as an accurate & comfortable input method. I liked using it as a controller on the Wii U for Smash

My only complaint about the 3DS are the WiFi speeds. Downloading games from the hshop or transferring via FTP is so fucking slow. It's faster to take the SD card out and copy games from your PC but having to unscrew the backplate for the new 3DS or new 3DS XL is annoying. Actually, I have another issue. The power button is almost flush with the console making it annoying to press. Although I suppose it's meant to be hard to press accidentally. I preferred when the power button was on the inside like the DSi, or better yet a switch like the DS Lite. The Lite is satisfying to turn on.
