I thought the remake was pretty well made and fun. I don't think it's better than the original but considering what else was going on at the time it was something fun to try and I've played the old ones a dozen times already. Not much else was going on anyway, later on Sekiro and DMC came out which was alright too.I feel the RE3 remake was not as good as RE2 remake in scope. That one definitely felt like they cut some corners or was a short cash grab, idk.

2make was the first great Resident Evil in 15 years. Poor reenvisioning of 2 specifically, as a remake it's crap. Still a very good game that finally executed OTS in this series well. One should play both and treat them as separate games.

Just played the RE3 Original again for the first time in like 20 years. The police station is way shorter than I remember and really doesn't serve any purpose, I can see why they cut it/changed it.Will never forgive them for the absolute anal raping they gave Nemesis though, he's so fucking cool in the original when he can just show up seemingly anywhere (well we know it's scripted now but still) vs him literally just being a cinematic set piece in the remake. Also introducing him right at the start is so fucking dumb, it was much cooler when Brad kept foreshadowing "Him" and then seeing him get fucked at the Police Station instead of just dying to zombies.
