the old stuff is pretty timeless, yeah. Maybe the massive cursing isn't AS funny now that I'm older but I think the videos themselves hold up. Anything after rob is hit or miss, that whole period where he had those fat fucks in every single video was terrible, and once mike left the writing nosedived, but still, the gaming magazines vid was cool (but that was 7 years ago now), tiger electronics was fun. I don't really care for the overly dramatic episodes like megaman or mm or earthbound, we get it, you don't like being pigeonholed, but you don't make anything else worth watching, dude, mike writes monster madness and it's literally the only other thing on the channel that gets ANY views.also the first two avgn games were great, the 8bit one blows.

AVGN is still cool. I watch it now and then, but the new episodes are often hit or miss. Everything is good up to, I want to say, Atari sports. After that, you can tell he was losing interest. I think he should have done more Board James, those were really good and he obviously was really into the project. Many of these internet celebrities end up having a hard time as they age, they have no transferable skills and people only really watch them for their one thing. I can imagine it is exhausting to keep that one act going for decades. James has donr well all this considered
