really simple. all of the regions are avalible, but you can only pick one. once there, you can choose to date any of the females in that region. Once you have started dating one and only one female, you eventually grow close enough so youy move in together, get married and have a ton of kids. Random events can happen like, your waifu getting cancer and dying and then you truning to substances to cope, or you know your car got a flat tire. The game ends when you die and then it erases your save file
