I have infact found flaws. 1)Cant swap to benched characters mid battle. If your main cast runs into a poor matchup, you can't swap to a benched character.2) Instant Verso.The game doesn't let you process the ending of Act1 and immediately asks you to get used to Verso.Verso should have joined the party after Dualiste , and Maelle would process what happened alone for a while.3) Gustave, Renoir and Verso look the same. They have sameface problems and when I first saw Renoir I thought this was an alternate timeline evil Gustave and the game was a timetravel mystery.

Mind you I didn't 100% the game but I basically 98% it as far as all content goes. The tower and DLC were fun but when I whiffed my fucking gradient press after spending forever fighting the loveable chud at the end of Verso's Draft I had no interest in doing it again. My build wasn't doing rape numbers and it took about an hour to get to the gradient on 1 attempt. I don't have much interest in being super meta retarded with the numbers to make super bosses palatable, everything else was basically a 10/10 or 9.8/10 as far as game design goes. Still don't know why any retard would go for the piano ending though.

Typically all wanting you do combo in the method each character is built around. It hardly ever feels stale and the game visually and narratively keeps you engaged. It isn't challenging if you do like 1/2 of the other content and take your time with it nor is the ending something you'll sit there and mull over in your choice if you payed attention. Still its basically the best western turn-based game we've gotten in awhile unless you're into BG3 trash I guess. Really your question is, "Can I sit through a 20+ hour turn-based game or is that just too much of a time commitment for my interest?"
