>>737436096Genuinely not a dev. I try to buy one random sub-$30 indie game a month to experiment and support newer devs, this happened to be this months. I've also made threads for ARCO and Void War, respectively.The gameplay is very simple platforming with a lot of dialogue and some light exploration. Combat is a simple beat-em-up with counters and dodge rolls. The gameplay is definitely not the selling point by any means.The soundtrack is great though. Very bladerunner in style. The real draw of the game is the lighting engine though. Difficult to showcase in a still image and I'm too retarded to make a webm. Check out the store page for some videos though.The game is $20 and I feel like, even though I am enjoying it, it's a bit pricy for what you get. Wouldn't blame anyone for pirating or waiting for a 25%+ discount. Feels like a $10-15 game to me.>>737435686No real spoilers since it's the premise of the game; you play as an AI who, due to an industrial accident, is mind-melded with the detective you work for. The detective lurks in your subconscious as you try to escape corrupt cops, bandits, psychos to get back to the Laboratory and somehow split your consciousnesses again. I'm not too far in the game so I can't really tell how it will pan out.
