A succubus is not human, and the weird chimera are not human even if they are descended from humans. For Camellia it's a bit closer to proper cannibalism since she is a half elf. the thing about Owlcat is that they REALLY love "safe edgy". That is to say, edgy and dark stuff that nobody actually cares about.They'll load as much violence, gore, cannibalism, murder, demons, sluttiness, etc as possible into their games, and especially they'll do all they can to put those qualities into their characters because in their mind, edgy = deep. However, they will never ever ever ever put anything ACTUALLY controversial into a character. Even if it's the most vile hellspawn monster that ever existed, it won't be racist, it won't be sexist, no children will be harmed, it won't hurt the heckin good doggos, etc. Anyway, my point is that all the romance options are cannibals because it's the most extreme edgy they could think of that still falls into the safe bucket
