The factory gimmick ended up being exactly what I feared. Everything you make turns obsolete in 5 minutes. They constantly throw new blueprints and production lines at you, while your depot steadily fills with thousands of units of stuff you'll never need again. Guess you could package them for credits but there's no need to do that when you make more bills buying and trading the market stuff than anywhere else. Nonstop gear upgrades like in an old world MMO, yet you can clear all content dressed in toilet paper, so it doesn't matter. Lots of really smart ideas, but then they just gave up developing those ideas. The whole thing is pretty but woefully unfinished.

Same with the liquid xiranite that we barely even used, now we need a heavy version. I fit all of my manufacturing inside the main AIC because I thought it was fun to compact it, but in hindsight that was a mistake because now I have to re-tool the entire thing AGAIN.

How can they insult the people who actually want to play their shit like that?I tend to set up one area to produce only basic materials like powders and ores and then refine them as needed elsewhere. So there's at least one place I won't have to look at again, because the base mats are always needed.

Wow you can make Xircon with 2 less crucible, and one Heavy Xirinite by attaching 4 warts into the base. Depot pipes can't arrive quicker.Only thing I haven't tried yet is splitting 6 outlets inti a single inlet line but with how retardedly slow the filtering wart is I don't expect much that faster production.

It quickly gets messy. The expanded crucible has more room to store stuff...but still only two pipe inlets and outlets? So is there even any way technically to stick in more stuff at once than into the regular model?
