There might be honestly, but everything I tried somehow breaks NEMESIS or is incompatible with everything or is rollsloppa
Might just want to magemaxx with vokrii/mysticism/spell research/apocalypse/elemental destruction magic redux/strange runes.
I think all of those SHOULD still be compatible with each other if you get the right load order and patch mods/files but you could try just one or two to start

An anon here recommended Skyrimnet and I want to just thank him cause I've put sixty hours into it in the last two weeks since AI reactivity has gotten to a point where I feel like I'm having organic adventures and rarely need to enter in menus with NPCs anymore.
