But I also sincerely wanted to be clean.I think the best way is a short-mid term detox (rehab like clean environment) and then making a plan to avoid the substance/game and then fill that time with other healthier things/games.So for mobas, go a week to a month without playing to get through withdrawals, then make a schedule filling up 30 hours in the day and stick to that basically forever.
