Ok, so I guess the default splatchet does a short charge forward and a horizontal swing like the decavitator, There is a modifier equipped that lets it do two consecutive charges, a second modifier that makes it so the charges themselves have a hit box, then the vertical slash. That is a lot of modifiers. I'm curious if this is like an end game set up of powerups or if this is how strong things can get in the first few minutes. Without seeing the cooldowns its impossible to really judge but the raw numbers seem like a lot of fun to play with. I can see the bones of side order in this menu. that's not a bad thing side order had some nice aesthetics and just didn't give you much to mess with.
I didn't bother with Side Order because I'd burnt out on Splatoon 3 at the time, but I do enjoy single player Splatoon. Would you say it's worth going back for on its own?
