The SSX series, especially the first and Tricky, defined what a "good game" should feel like to play and in the pivotal transition era from N64/Playstation to gamecube/PS2/Xbox era. It served as a golden example for that time and what a service it did as an example.
Sorry but anyone who thinks tricky is better than 3 is genuinely retarded. Tricky is only remember for the commercial, meanwhile SSX3 stands purely on its own merits as one of the best sports games ever made.
