Just got Sims 1, where should I build my house? what am I in for?
>>737520568Alright, OP. You see this lot right here? Now what you're gonna want to do is completely delete the entire house. Open the console and type "rosebud" as many times as you're willing to. Once you have a billion simoleons, make a giant square house that reaches the borders of the buildable space. Then, create a second floor, and make it just as big as the first floor. The insides don't really matter, fill it out with whatever you want.

I remember the first time I played The Sims I worked my Sim's ass off to be able to afford one of the pre-built houses only to realize after I moved him in that it sucked compared to the one I had built from nothing.
