as a teenager i had a shitass ibuypower prebuilt that came with everything set to performance mode and i didnt know how to open any control panels so it hit 70°C idling on the desktop and warmed up my room 10°–15°F. i also never dusted it and spiders built cobwebs inside and sometimes it smelled like smoke. still runs lmao.
I strapped an extra fan to my pc earlier today in preparation. Not that it will make a difference but it makes me feel better.

I wait until it gets about as hot as my corner of the world does and then I dust off my psx and copy of need for speed III and replay it. It brings back a very vivid memory I had as a child when I did exactly that so feels good.
