If you want to have everything ready to go, just extract and play. The size has been gutted to 300mb from 700mb removing most unused mods and romhacks.

We're starting off with some Wario Coopware and after that we're going vanilla with some twists, gore/hard mode and if there's time afterwards we will plow through a romhack or two.
