Absolutely.
But only because the modding community is working on decompiling the game, building dev tools, while having contact with the original devs and basically catalogued every proposed idea for the game.

I cannot see any studio trying to make a TwinSanity remake for commercial sale. I don't think Activision would want to put money into a game that isn't the current trend. I mean, they can't exactly make TwinSanity into an always online game with microtransactions that has extraction shooter mechanics.
