For anons who buy games: which studio do you boycott and pirate their games out of spite? For me it's Capcom, won't give a cent to these niggers.
>>737588462I don't have pointless personal vendettas against multimillion dollar corporations, I just don't consume their products, by even mentioning them and sharing your hatred in such a lackluster way you're just giving them more power, even if it is minute.
>>737588462I recently bought Pragmata and love it.
>>737588462Creative Assembly. Even if I have the "emperor" version there's always another 200$ of DLC for those fuckers.
none if i don't like a studio i don't play the gaem
I only buy Kemco, EXE Create, Idea Factory, Compile Heart and pqube games, simple as.
>>737588462>which studio do you boycottleftytard shit that never worked>pirate their games out of spitementally ill playing games from a million dollar corpo who doesnt give a shit about you that you hate
>>737588462If yoyr game isnt being sold on GOG or in some other DRM-free manner I will buy a cheap cdkey online. The fact that the devs/publishers get less money is a feature, not a bug.
all of them, ofc
>>737588462Bandai, ask for a very reasonable refund on a product I got on day 1 (dumb I know) pre-steam refund thing but they basically copypasted "pass two hours". Ever since then I pirated any game of theirs I wanted to play and let's be honest for every good game they make there is at least 20 games that have a semi-permanent 90% off sale because they themselves know it is fucking trash. Xenoverse 3 will likely be Bandai last DBZ game and I say good, will be pirating that as well anyway. I hope Toei Games will have higher standards than Bandai ever did. As much as I love Digimon I make no exceptions. If they want the west to care more about their products it might help if they gave a fuck first.
>>737588462Who is that girl? Why do I see her everywhere?
>>737591209Pico from Boku no Pico
I refuse to buy anything with gearbox involved on principle. Never played Risk of Rain 2 as a result despite constantly hearing from friends and /v/ alike that it was good. Eventually one of said friends just bought it for me because he really wanted to play together and I gave it an earnest try to learn the game. It seemed fun enough, from what little I played, but within a week they put out that one update that completely fucked it into oblivion and I uninstalled it and simply refuse to ever find out if they actually fixed it or not.
>>737589114>have pointless personal vendettas against multimillion dollar corporationsIt's not pointless, it gives me self-satisfaction. That's enough.>>737589349Fine, but I won't.>>737589617Very fair. But in some of their games you can easily creamapi all their dlc, so that's something to consider.>>737590185>mentally ill playing games from a million dollar corpo who doesnt give a shit about you that you hateIt's not about them, it's not about me. >>737591082Good one. They also have horrible pricing, these fucking bug-japs are greedy as fuck.
I don't even think about that, I only buy games that require multiplayer, which are very few games
>>737591478I don't believe in always online games because most of the first world (like my country, Uganda) is still on dialup with per minute connection fees.
If I can't play my game offline, I won't buy it.I've made a few mistakes, such as:>Forza Horizon 5If you don't log into Microsoft periodically, you can't access the game>Elite DangerousIt's always online, even for single-player mode>GTA 5It forces you to log into your Rockstar account periodicallyI think those were the only three mistakes. All of my other 300+ digital games across various stores and platforms run offline (in the case of Steam, there’s a legal way to emulate Steamworks).
