I was pumped gor the 64 mods so I set it all up. The Mario ones were trash. Ive played 5 and all them were awful.
I hear the snes ones are good though. I played Cuthulu Mario which is pretty obscure and it was absolutely unreal good.

Yea I liked the Cuthulu one but you had to save scumming. Made save and load L1 and L2 on the controller.

cool romhacks anon, though Rainbow Stars doesn't really fit in that category...
i've been replaying A Plumber for All Seasons, it's still a very nice experience
level design is fun, the ost has some very catchy tracks, and the graphics and atmosphere are very well done

Pokemon Sacred Gold. I've enjoyed Pokemon hacks before, even by the same person, but this felt like the only way forward was to level grind forever and even after that, the battles weren't very fun. I deleted it.

Having to replay base Sunshine in Eclipse made me realize I don't like that game anywhere near as much as I thought I did. New stages were alright and new playables were cool, but Il Piantissimo's water balloon hit detection was obnoxious at points.
