Give me one (1) good reason for games to have movies or netflix adaptations. Greed is a disgusting sin. If you want to expand, do it through an OST or a book, small meaningful things for the fans, not slop meant to corral normies

It takes money from desperate movie producers trying to prevent the inevitable decadence of their medium and gives it to videogame developers.
Gamers already know game movies suck so they don't watch them, resulting in Hollywood collapsing just a little bit faster.
